The Best Time to Visit Cebu!

During the summer months from "March to May" is a really great time to visit Cebu, as this is the perfect time of year to experience picture perfect Cebu beaches offering ideal conditions for walking or just playing around.

The month of "January" is the peak season for Cebu tourism, specifically during Sunday of the third week, this is when the locals celebrate the "Sinulog Festival" one of the largest festivals held on Cebu Island.

The Sinulog Festival is celebrated by local Cebuanos who are dressed in festive colorful native outfits as they provide a dance ritual to honor St. Nino's miraculous image.

Kadaugan sa Mactan Festival is held in Lapu Lapu City every April 27th, where local Cebuanos spend an entire day of re-enactment to honor the historic battle that took place on Mactan Island in the 1500s between the native Filipino chieftain Lapulapu and the Portuguese explorer Ferdinand Magellan.

Paskuhan Festigal, his is a month-long celebration held in December featuring song and lantern parades, enjoy the local festival which is highlighted by the good cheer among local residents and tourists, celebrated in commemoration of the Christmas season.
